Whether you’re looking to transform your body, optimize your health, or acquire skills to lead a healthy lifestyle, 1:1 coaching can be beneficial for any motivated individual. Through ongoing guidance, education, and support, my mission is to equip others with the tools to thrive physically and mentally. There is no blueprint to embodying health - it is an individualized process that requires a realistic approach in tiering nutrition, training, daily activity, and stress management.

I have cultivated my knowledge through a blend of evidence-based science and practical experience. While earning my B.S. in Kinesiology and serving as an Exercise Physiology Research and Teaching Assistant, as well as an Athletic Performance Coach, I learned to adapt to diverse populations, ranging from elite athletes to clinical populations. As a personal trainer and online coach, I was fortunate to have the opportunity to strategize interventions and discover the practicality of what truly invokes change within a health-seeking individual.

What’s Included?

  • Properly fueling your body and engaging in effective and intentional movement is the first step in evoking change on your health journey. Personalized meal plans are crafted in lieu of your specific bodily needs, centered around whole-foods with built in food swaps for autonomy and versatility. The prescribed weight training program takes into account personal interests, training level, former injuries and current movement limitations, and includes thorough exercise technique clips. The goal of Iron Bloom Coaching is to strengthen your desire to live a healthy lifestyle while invoking intrinsic motivation to embody the goal at hand.

  • Although partaking in weight training is detrimental to your goals, the importance of being physically active outside of planned exercise cannot be overlooked. Moving your body and getting adequate steps on a day-to-day basis plays a significant role in weight management and overall health. Alongside, steady-state cardio is key at modulating weekly caloric expenditure, improving cardiovascular health, and optimizing metabolic flexibility.

  • Iron Bloom Coaching has a focus on the root cause of bodily stress and dysfunction. By first optimizing nutritional intake, training and physical activity, sleep, and mindfulness, let’s explore the ‘less is more’ aphorism. If you’re struggling with hormonal imbalances, digestive health issues, weight loss resistance, chronic fatigue, or other health issues, we will craft you a practical plan that addresses your specific needs based upon an in-depth blood work analysis and close collaboration.

  • There is no one-size-fits-all plan to reaching your goals. Once you receive your comprehensive program, progress is built through repetition and strategic adjustments based on feedback. By meeting with Charly once a week, you will reflect on program adherence, real-time concerns, and personal wins and loses. Through support and transparency, you will be met with refined weekly goals, program modifications, and empowerment.
